Question 1

Which high visibility standards can your hi-vis garments be built to?

Accepted Answer

Our production lines are set up for garments specified to EN ISO 20471 Class 1, 2 and 3 for the EU and UK market, and to ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R / Type O Class 2 and 3 for North America. We work from your background fabric and retro-reflective tape combination, confirm minimum visible material areas on the pattern, and support third-party testing at accredited laboratories on request.

Question 2

What is the minimum order quantity for OEM hi-vis workwear?

Accepted Answer

Typical MOQ is 300–500 pieces per style and colour for stock fabrics, and 1,000 pieces when a custom fluorescent shade, special mesh or bespoke tape layout is required. Mixed size runs inside one style are accepted, and we can split shipments across sea and air freight for time-critical programs.

Question 3

How long does sampling and mass production take?

Accepted Answer

Counter samples are normally ready in 7–10 working days after artwork and specification sign-off. Bulk production runs 25–35 days for standard vests and 35–45 days for lined jackets and rainwear, depending on season and trim availability.

Question 4

Can you print or embroider our company logo on the garments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer screen printing, heat transfer, silicone print and embroidery, plus woven labels and custom hang tags. Logos are positioned so they do not reduce the certified areas of fluorescent background and retro-reflective material required by the relevant standard.

Question 5

How many industrial wash cycles do your reflective garments survive?

Accepted Answer

Standard polyester hi-vis vests are engineered for 25 domestic wash cycles, while our laundry-grade programs use high-performance reflective tape and bar-tacked seams for 50+ industrial wash cycles. We advise the correct fabric and tape package according to your laundering contract.
